So this guy had a big day today....he gave up his paci! We have been talking about being a big boy all week and so today we took him to Toys R'Us and let him buy any toy he wanted with his paci. He picked out a batman toy and as we were walking up to the counter to hand the clerk his paci to pay for the toy, he took it out of the bag, looked at me and said "I have it one more time." Then he put the paci in his mouth and sucked it, smiled and put it back in his bag and said, "Bye bye paci." So that was all fun and cute and we were so proud of him and he was so proud of himself, however now the tough stuff begins because he is crying and crying for his paci and it is breaking this momma's heart. I didn't know a little guy could grieve something so much. So if you read this, say a little prayer for my little guy and for us :)
